Impressed by the application and support received. Firstly I had some issues after installation on iPhone 7, everything was not smooth, and I even thought to cancel order. Decided to get in touch with support department which escalated my problem further... in a few days received e-mail which stated that issue was fixed.. and it was! Very professional guys, and the best reliable service to monitor devices without jaibreak.

The Customer service with WintegoSPY is outstanding. I understand that, at times, there are technical difficulties with the service. I reviewed instructions on installing on a Google Pixel XL and tried several other competing applications, which didn't cover what I really needed which was Snapchat monitoring. I decided to go with Wintego spy and purchased the phone support and mAssistance for setting up and I am super pleased. I would not have been able to do this on my own even though I am very technical and do cybersecurity for a living. Tom Malcovich the mAssistance engineer was a Rock Star and I cannot give more credit to him for sticking with things when they were rocky due to my particular setup. Sure, this is one of the most expensive apps out there for tracking your kiddos system but I did not find anything even close as of April 2018.

I just spoke with Jessica Lee, in the Wintego spy chat. She was so very helpful and responsive to my requests. Ms Lee answered all my questions, checked my account for me and then helped me set up a time for tech assistance. Thanks for making everything so easy!

I have used Wintego spy for 3 months now and the service is excellent. The customer care team is very prompt and patient. I only wish they can upgrade so calls can be recorded.

Wintego spy is doing just great as it worked well but it has limited functions compared to what i need. I needed unlimited access to all the Apps working on a target phone including whatsApp, instagram, snapchat, Viber Kik, Facebook messenger and retrieval of deleted messages and media files, call logs history. Virtually every activity on the mobile device.

Having the tech support phone number, I kept calling them till I got everything setup 100% properly. The hardest part for me was to root the phone (it is necessary for some of the features they offer), but these guys literally moved my finger on the screen, while I had no clue about what I was doing. I know how hard that must be for them to pick a call and reveal this is Luciana again. But that's just me, an old Christian woman, desperately trying her best to make everything be all right.

I want to my own experience. I decided to purchase WintegoSPY seven months ago, when I thought I had troubles in my personal life. When I got my password and logged in, I didn't really know what to do, so I called the number on their website and asked for help. They explained how the service works and that I was supposed to install it directly on the phone I wanted to spy on. This was not what I thought it would be! These guys told me I also had to purchase the phone support service, if I'm not a tech-savvy person, who wants to get techie assistance on the phone any time.

Hello everyone! I want to leave feedback about this application. I do business in the state employees I have a few people working at the computer. I as an employer it is very important to my staff worked directly instructed me to work, instead of sitting on social media or spend working hours chatting on the forum. With this application, it became clear to me who actually works and who sits pants. The app is very simple and intuitive, easily installed. After installing the app work my staff has become more efficient rebound. Is cheap, the effect is obvious. I'm happy!

This app is being advertised as parental control solution, and so it is - doing perfect job in monitoring the internet activity of specific phone, which you gave to your child, restricting certain URLs for visiting, monitoring chats and so on. On their site they clearly described that any illegal activity (i.e. spying on others) is prohibited - however there are always people who are scared of everything, and give such apps bad reputation. I always say that people break the laws, not tools they use. Similarly to how knife can be used for cutting your bread, but also to hurt someone. Choose wisely what you do - because there's nothing wrong in such apps if you use them according to their purpose.

WintegoSPY is a wonderful application. There is no doubt that WintegoSPY is a good monitoring software. Parents can use this application to watch what their children are doing and where they are. I have a small business, but my employees, are always on the road and I could not keep track of how they were using the time I am paying them for and whether they were working on the side. I was extremely hesitant to buy a product like this , but I had no choice as it is a matter of business. So I got the trial first, but put it on my device just to test. After I saw how much it gives me I just purchased the family kit and put it on my employees phones. It did not only show me who was slacking off , but who was communicating with my competitors.
